At BMW Group Financial Services Hellas we complete the BMW Group's range of mobility services in Greece, offering tailored financial solutions like credit financing and leasing.

What awaits you?

  • Support the monitoring of daily overdue portfolios and customer payment statusAssist in contacting customers (via phone, email, or written communication) regarding outstanding balances
  • Prepare and update collections reports, tracking files, and internal dashboards
  • Ensure data accuracy and completeness in collection systems and customer records
  • Assist in handling customer repayment requests, restructuring cases, and documentation checks
  • Monitor and follow up on open cases to ensure timely resolution and escalation when needed
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (e.g., Customer Service, Risk, Legal) for effective case management
  • Support documentation management, archiving, and digitalization of collections files
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives in collections efficiency and customer experience
  • Provide general administrative support to the Collections team

What should you bring along?

  • University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, IT, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of financial services, collections, and customer account management.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, with the ability to analyze and organize data.
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and customer-oriented approach.
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and develop within a professional environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
  • A digital mindset, with curiosity to explore innovative tools and AI-driven solutions.
