Salesforce Tech Lead and Developer with more than ten years of experience. Independently build and unit test components and work with development and QA team members to resolve code and configuration based defects. Lead the development team and provide guidance and mentoring as needed. Provide direction to the team to conduct research and document results for new Salesforce capabilities or review existing platform related issues. Lead proof of concepts with architects to evaluate and document new designs integrations patterns and practices. Review the work of offshore developers and promote changes to higher environments. Review architecture documents Provide leadership and demonstrate proficiency in core Salesforce capabilities including Apex Lightning Web Components flows triggers complex formulas workflows and security. Participate in Agile practices and ceremonies including sprint planning user story refinement daily standups and code reviews while providing leadership to team members. Contribute to enhancements in DevOps processes including pipelines monitoring and test automation. Understand enterprise cross system integration concepts such as event processing and API interactions. Conduct product and solution evaluations including Salesforce capabilities and third party vendor offerings by building prototypes and proof of concepts to align with business goals. Design document an Copado Jenkins or Gearset. Minimum four years of progressively responsible technical and business experience developing enterprise level applications including Salesforce full stack development. Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model across various clouds and products with solid data modeling experience. Subject matter expertise in branching and code merging practices using Git or equivalent repositories. Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. Experience with Marketing Cloud. Salesforce Financial Services Cloud experience highly preferred. Experience evaluating deploying and upgrading Salesforce managed packages highly preferred. Experience working independently as an offshore resource.
Salesforce certifications such as Administrator Platform Developer one and two Sales Cloud Consultant and Service Cloud Consultant are preferred. Experience with MuleSoft and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is an added advantage.
