SEN. SPEC. BUSINESS ENABLER & PROJECTS

BMW FINANCIAL SERVICES

The Sen. Spec. Business Enabler & Projects drives operational efficiency, process optimization, and project steering across the full range of BMW Financial Services products. This role evaluates existing business processes, coordinates IT demand and release planning and aligns market demands with strategic roadmaps. Working closely with internal leadership, central headquarters and external partners like IT vendors and auditors, conducts process improvement workshops, leads Agile initiatives, and ensures compliance with project gating mechanisms. This position serves as the key liaison between business units and IT, gathering requirements, tracking KPIs, and implementing digital solutions to enhance overall customer experience and operational performance.

WHAT AWAITS YOU?

  • Accompany market demands through the relevant planning processes such as need for change, roadmap, long-range plan and subsequent implementation.
  • Act as interface to the local COO function and central steering and monitoring functions for MPT for local projects as well as central domains for central products implemented in the market.
  • Responsible for support of projects/ system enhancements derived from process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure a single point of contact for the business and IT unit with regards to IT activities such as planning/execution training and communication.
  • Evaluate and analyze data, business processes, procedures and controls and identify opportunities for optimization.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING ALONG?

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance or related.
  • 3+ years of experience in Consulting, Finance, Operations, or other similar experience where analytical and critical thinking skills are transferable.
  • Strong operational and process background with the ability to define opportunities.
  • Proficient in English and Spanish (fluent written and spoken communication skills).

  • High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a process-oriented mindset.
