SEN. SPEC. BUSINESS ENABLER & PROJECTS
BMW FINANCIAL SERVICES
The Sen. Spec. Business Enabler & Projects drives operational efficiency, process optimization, and project steering across the full range of BMW Financial Services products. This role evaluates existing business processes, coordinates IT demand and release planning and aligns market demands with strategic roadmaps. Working closely with internal leadership, central headquarters and external partners like IT vendors and auditors, conducts process improvement workshops, leads Agile initiatives, and ensures compliance with project gating mechanisms. This position serves as the key liaison between business units and IT, gathering requirements, tracking KPIs, and implementing digital solutions to enhance overall customer experience and operational performance.
