Job Description

Job Location: Washington DC - Reston , VA 20190,

CTI has been a leading AV provider since we began in 1988. Our mission is simple: to provide a fantastic customer experience.

At CTI, our biggest asset is our people, and we know that sometimes the most awesome employees don't fit the typical mold. If you are hardworking, friendly, and understand the importance of delivering exceptional service, you could be a great fit at CTI. We have developed a collaborative and lively working environment where the best and brightest technology professionals show up each day ready to have fun while applying their passion and expertise to help our customers succeed.

Our creative atmosphere allows us to share our knowledge and skills with clients who depend on CTI for innovative technology, audiovisual, and communication solutions. We take pride in building strong relationships, solving challenges, and delivering results.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a SEWP VI Coordinator whose attitude, skills, and work ethic embody our mission to provide a fantastic customer experience. This position plays a critical role in supporting CTI's NASA Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP VI) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) and helping our Federal Solutions team effectively serve government customers.

We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and enthusiastic about supporting a fast-paced federal sales environment. The ideal candidate enjoys working collaboratively with sales, operations, manufacturers, distributors, and customers while ensuring contract compliance and operational excellence.

If this sounds like you, we will provide the training, support, and work environment needed to help you succeed. We take pride in our employees, who are known throughout the industry as customer-focused problem solvers who can get the job done.

These responsibilities will give you an idea, but not a full picture of what you will do as a SEWP VI Administrator as we continue to embrace and capitalize on our employees' strengths:

  • Serve as the primary administrative point of contact for CTI's NASA SEWP VI contract.
  • Support the federal sales team by coordinating quotations, order processing, and contract administration activities.
  • Maintain contract documentation, certifications, reports, and required deliverables.
  • Coordinate with manufacturers and distributors to obtain pricing, availability, and supporting documentation.
  • Ensure products, quotes, and orders comply with SEWP contract requirements.
  • Monitor quote deadlines and customer requests to ensure timely responses.
  • Maintain contract-related information, catalogs, and updates within SEWP systems.
  • Assist with technology refreshes, product additions, catalog updates, and other routine contract actions.
  • Track contract activity and prepare reports for management as required.
  • Communicate contract updates and relevant information to internal stakeholders.
  • Help develop and improve internal processes, procedures, and best practices.
  • Support onboarding and training efforts related to CTI's Federal Solutions operations.
  • Assist with market research related to federal technology opportunities and emerging solutions.

We value our culture above all, and applicants who merely want to punch in their timecards every day are not what we are looking for. If you have the following traits, you might be what CTI is looking for:

  • You are willing to fearlessly embrace company culture.
  • You can work independently with minimal supervision but aren't afraid to ask questions when needed.
  • You are highly organized and take pride in accuracy and attention to detail.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
  • You enjoy working with others to solve problems and support customer success.
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills and represent CTI professionally with customers, manufacturers, and government partners.

Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two to five years of experience supporting federal government contract vehicles, preferably NASA SEWP.
  • Experience supporting GSA Schedule, ITES, CIO-CS, or other federal acquisition vehicles is a plus.
  • Two to five years of experience in inside sales, contracts administration, sales support, or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Ability to learn and navigate web-based procurement and contract management systems.
  • Experience supporting federal technology, IT, networking, audiovisual, or related industries is preferred.
  • Familiarity with federal contracting terminology and acquisition procedures is preferred.

What's in it for you?

At CTI, we know our company's success is directly correlated to the success of our employees. That's why we encourage employee growth, both professionally and personally.

Our competitive compensation package includes

  • Competitive salary based on experience.
  • Employer-matched medical and dental insurance (available after 60 days of employment).
  • Employer-matched 401(k) after 6 months of employment.
  • Bonus eligibility based on a results-oriented incentive plan (after 3 months of employment).
  • Graduated PTO program, all major holidays off, plus three floating holidays available upon your first day of employment.
  • Special gifts for significant life events, such as marriage, the birth of a child, and buying a home.
  • Cell phone reimbursement plan.
  • Long-Term and Short-Term Disability coverage 100% paid by CTI.

CTI is an equal opportunity employer. We do not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin, disability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status in any of its activities or operations. In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete the required employment eligibility verification documentation upon hire.
