Job Title: Sewing Machinist

We are seeking an experienced Sewing Machinist or upholsterer to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria. The ideal candidate will be skilled in operating industrial sewing machines and have a passion for producing high-quality spa covers. You will work closely with our team to meet production targets and contribute your expertise to create exceptional products.
Skills:
- Proficient in operating industrial sewing machines
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of various materials used in upholstery
Responsibilities:
- Craft high-quality spa covers using various materials
- Maintain equipment and ensure a tidy workspace
- Collaborate with the team to meet production targets
- Follow quality control procedures to ensure product standards are met
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Sewing Machinist or upholsterer
- Experience working with industrial sewing machines
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification in sewing or upholstery is preferred
