The establishment of the SEVIS Coordinator position directly supports the Division of
Student Affairs’ commitment to institutional growth, international student success, and
regulatory accountability.
Reduces regulatory exposure through consistent monitoring, accurate documentation, and
timely federal reporting.
Provides specialized advising and administrative support to help international students

consideration, subject to Human Resources review and budget approval.
This structure positions the SEVIS Coordinator as more than a records-management
employee. It establishes a dedicated resource responsible for protecting institutional
compliance, strengthening international student services, supporting enrollment stability,
and contributing to the College’s long-term strategic objectives.
