Als Settlement Specialist bist du verantwortlich für die reibungslosen Abwicklungsprozesse von Wertschriftentransaktionen im Backoffice. Du stellst sicher, dass alle Transaktionen korrekt, fristgerecht und gemäss regulatorischen Anforderungen abgewickelt werden.

• Abwicklung von Börsentransaktionen (Settlement), insbesondere:
  • Delivery vs. Payment (DVP)
  • Receive vs. Payment (RVP)
• Durchführung von Transfers ohne Zahlung
  • Delivery Free Payment (DFP)
  • Receive Free Payment (RFP)
• Verarbeitung von Namenaktien und Corporate Actions
• Sicherstellung eines fehlerfreien und termingerechten Settlement-Prozessen

Deine Skills

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Settlement / Wertschriftenabwicklung und Fonds-Transfers
• Gute Kenntnisse von Banking-/Backoffice-Systemen (z. B. Avaloq, SECOM, SWIFT)
• Sehr strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise
• Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch von Vorteil
