Great East Title is a local real estate title company serving real estate brokerages and lenders throughout Maine and New Hampshire. We operate as a cohesive team, assisting buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and loan officers in navigating the complexities of the real estate closing process.

Great East Title is growing, and we’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and genuinely enjoys being part of a collaborative team. This is an in-person position located in our Bedford, NH office.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing files from contract to closing with a focus on organization and follow-through
• Coordinating with agents, lenders, and internal team members to keep files on track
• Preparing and reviewing documents needed for closing
• Staying on top of timelines, details, and communication throughout the process
• Helping ensure a smooth and seamless experience for all parties involved

Requirements

• 3 years' experience in title processing preferred
