Job Description

Our client is a brokerage firm.

Responsibilities:

• Preform daily operations of securities and derivatives settlement.
• Handle physical scrip deposit and withdrawal.
• Handle SI/ISI/settlement, nominee and corporate actions activities.
• Perform stock holding reconciliation.
• Follow up with counter-parties independently.
• Ensure all settlement instructions are executed timely and efficiently.
• Perform settlement administrative duties, such as data input, filing, report printing, etc..
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business or related disciplines.
• Over 1 year experience in a brokerage firm.
• Knowledge in CCASS and DCASS is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Access is preferable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin.
