Job Description

Responsibilities would be, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Money Market trading confirmation and settlement.
  • Foreign exchanges trading confirmation and settlement.
  • Derivatives trading confirmation and settlement, including the third party confirmation platform.
  • Bond or CD/CP issuing and investment confirmation settlement.
  • CCP settlement, margin and fees booking in Murex.
  • Customer reconciliation to meet the EMIR3 requirement.
  • Computing and discussing the default penalty with counterparty.
  • Any payment related to the treasure settlement business.
  • Confirmation and settlement for the Bond distribution in DCM.
  • Head Office fix-term report, including MM, FX, bond, derivatives, etc.
  • Inward and outward remittance.
  • Correspondent banking multiple-currencies clearing services.
  • SWIFT inquiry and reply, including the compliance inquiry.
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

Profile (Technical Skills):

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Banking or Business-Related Studies.
  • At least 3 years of experiences in a similar role, experience in Banking industry will be a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of office software (Word/Excel/Access/PowerPoint)
  • Strong inter-personal skills, good analytical skills to analyze, interpret, resolve and change.
  • Previous experience on banking payment and treasury settlement would be considered in priority.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese are essential; other languages will be an advantage.
