Sie stellen eine leistungsfähige und stabile Produktion von Spritzgussteilen sicher und gewährleisten dabei Qualität, Termintreue und Prozesssicherheit in einem anspruchsvollen industriellen Umfeld.
Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Kunststofftechnik oder als Polymechaniker/in und bringen mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung im Kunststoffspritzguss mit. Der Umgang mit technischer Dokumentation ist für Sie selbstverständlich, und Sie sind in der Lage, Prozesse zu analysieren, korrekt einzustellen und bei Abweichungen gezielt einzugreifen.
Sie sind versiert im Umgang mit der Programmierung und Bedienung von 3-Achs-Robotern, wie sie im Kunststoffspritzguss üblich sind.
Dank Ihres logischen Denkvermögens, Ihrer handwerklichen Fähigkeiten und Ihrer strukturierten Arbeitsweise gewährleisten Sie eine zuverlässige und qualitativ hochwertige Produktion. Qualitätssicherung und Arbeitssicherheit haben für Sie einen hohen Stellenwert, und Sie handeln verantwortungsbewusst, diligent und sorgfältig.
Sie arbeiten gerne im Team, sind zuverlässig, engagiert und flexibel einsetzbar, können jedoch ebenso selbstständig und eigenverantwortlich arbeiten, erkennen Aufgaben proaktiv und benötigen keine permanente Anleitung.
Sie kommunizieren sicher in Deutsch oder Französisch, mündlich wie schriftlich. Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil. Eine gute körperliche Belastbarkeit (Heben und Tragen von Lasten bis 15 kg) wird vorausgesetzt. Eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Kunststofftechnik sowie ein Staplerausweis sind von Vorteil.
