Job Description

What is Cabinetworks Group? We are the U.S.’s second largest cabinetry manufacturer, with offices and manufacturing facilities across the country. Our 19 cabinetry brands represent an extensive range of framed, frameless, and inset cabinetry products. The Waconia facility is home to the Medallion brand.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Set up product correctly and deliver to the finishing area.

  • Must communicate with members of the whitewood team to ensure the oldest materials are expedited first.

  • Examine parts for quality defects and repair/replace as needed.

  • Utilize machining and distressing techniques for special and custom parts.

  • Saw use is expected (table saw, vertical saw, power feed).

  • Other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to read move tickets produce product correctly before sending it to finishing.

  • Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

  • This position will require lifting, standing and walking throughout the department.

  • Must demonstrate the ability to be self directed and be detail oriented.

  • Strong focus on safety and quality.

  • Ability to use various saw equipment.

  • Must be able to use tape measure.

  • Need understanding of product flow to make sure correct units are being produced first.

Job Type: Full Time

Shift: 2nd

Pay Range: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour + $1.00 shift differential

Bonus: One time sign on bonus of $500 that will be paid out 50% after 45 days and 50% after 90 days of employment.

Hours range from 4:30PM to 4:30 AM M-F with Occasional Saturday overtime
