Job Description:

• Recognize, respond and correct failures to the Die Cast Die, Trim die, and Start-Up lube systems.
• Execute the PM program for all lube systems (including spray heads).
• Recognize and respond appropriately to leaks.
• Install and remove cover and ejector dies.
• Calibration of Flow meters in the work cells.
• Perform reciprocator changes at the Die Cast Machine.

Required Skills and Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous manufacturing experience responsible for troubleshooting equipment and issues
