About the role
This position serves as a key support role for various ITIL functions, including Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Improvement (E2E). The role focuses on knowledge management and ensuring process adherence while engaging with customers to meet contract objectives.
The role may also be called on to assist with backfilling key roles during periods of leave.

To excel in this role, you will need exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal), along with strong negotiation and presentation abilities. Attention to detail and the ability to quickly establish rapport while maintaining effective working relationships in a complex environment are also essential.
