Course description: An investigation of historical and contemporary art incorporating collage as a central methodology. The evolution of collage as a means of expression is explored through studio-based projects and lectures.

Sessional Lecturer I Long Term: $ 10,699.22
Sessional Lecturer II $ 10,699.22
Sessional Lecturer II Long Term: $ 10,953.96
Sessional Lecturer III: $ 10,953.96
Sessional Lecturer III Long Term: $ 11,228.90

Please note that should rates stipulated in the collective agreement vary from rates stated in this posting, the rates stated in the collective agreement shall prevail. Please also note that this course is equivalent to 0.5FCE.

Minimum qualifications MA or MFA (or equivalent graduate degree) required with previous teaching experience. Strong exhibition history and currently exhibiting artist with a collage-based practice. Applicants may be asked to supply references.

Preferred qualifications Internationally recognized practice.

of duties Preparation and delivery of course material; managing digital teaching materials, supervision of teaching assistants; preparation and delivery of assignments, tests, final examinations and deferred final examinations; marking of student work, submission of grades, dealing with student enquiries, appeals and petitions and student contact hours. Some management of printmaking studio and supplies is required.
