The Department of Social Development Studies at Renison University College (affiliated with the University of Waterloo) invites applicants for a part-time/sessional teaching opportunity in the Fall 2025 term (September start date).
Job Opportunity:
Students will be introduced to several theoretical approaches and interventions in the field of social work and begin to develop interview and assessment skills. Students will consider how experiences of oppression and social identities provide the necessary context for understanding the individual in the therapeutic social work relationship.
Course schedule: Fall term September 2025 – December 2025, in person
