Sessional Lecturer, LING 340.3 (02), Linguistics

The Department of Linguistics, College of Arts and Science invites applications for a Sessional Lecturer to teach the following course during the 2026-2027 Regular session:

Course Number, Section, and Name: LING 340.3 (02) Principles of Phonology
Term and Course Dates: Term Two (January 6, 2027 – April 8, 2027)
CRN: 22533
Delivery Mode: This course will be offered as a face-to-face lecture
Course Schedule:
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, 2:30 PM – 3:50 PM
Expected Enrollment Limit: 50
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Linguistics, Applied Linguistics, or a closely related area; experience teaching Linguistics in a university setting.

A valid driver’s license is required for off-campus courses. Appointment periods include additional days in recognition of preparation and marking time required. Courses may be cancelled due to low enrolment.
