This position is for Servpro Office Manager/Administrator who will be responsible for

Daily Operations
S taff management
Customer service for restoration and constriction projects
Managing job files
Support production crews to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Management: Direct daily office operations, including coordinating staff schedules and overseeing job management software.
• Customer Service: First point of contact for clients, handling calls and managing customer satisfaction.
• Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate staff, such as Office Coordinators, crew, etc.

Common Qualifications & Expectations

• Experience: Previous experience in office management, ideally within construction or restoration service industries.
• Skills: excellent communication skills.
• Environment: Fast-paced environment often balancing multiple restoration jobs simultaneously

Some Xactimate knowledge is preferred
Previous Servpro experience is preferred
Knowledge of some industry common software is preferred
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
