Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday + On-Call Emergency Response Rotation
Target Compensation: $50,000 – $60,000 Total Annual Earnings (Base Pay + Overtime + Mitigation Bonuses)
SERVPRO of Scranton is looking for a high-energy, motivated Mitigation Crew Lead to run point on emergency restoration jobs throughout the area. When property owners face sudden water, fire, or mold emergencies, you will step in as the trusted leader on site—managing job logistics, directing production technicians, operating state-of-the-art drying equipment, and guiding clients through unexpected loss.
This role offers a strong hourly base with heavy overtime opportunities during active weather events and lucrative performance-based mitigation bonuses for high-quality, efficiently run jobs.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
