Purpose: Provide hands-on technical leadership and solution architecture for Husqvarna Group's servitization platform ecosystem, enabling scalable subscription business models across multiple divisions and product lines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and maintain the overall solution architecture spanning Keylight subscription engine, Decisions orchestration platform, Service Contract Master API, Price Edge, Salesforce Commerce, and supporting systems
•Act as technical lead for developers, providing mentorship, code/configuration reviews, and technical guidance
•Assess technical feasibility of and translate business requirements into proposed solution approaches
• Document architecture direction, define technical guidelines, integration patterns and principles to ensure seamless data flow across the ecosystem
•In collaboration with other architects (SCM, SPC, Decisions platforms) maintain a coherent end-to-end architecture
• Ensure solution scalability and drive continuous improvement of platform capabilities and technical standards
• Design low-code orchestration flows and establish best practices for workflow automation
• Lead technical discussions with Keylight vendor and other platform providers
• Assist in problem troubleshooting and assess data quality and consistency across the landscape
Required Competencies:
•5+ years in solution architecture roles, preferably in subscription/SaaS business models
•Strong experience with API-based integrations and enterprise service bus patterns
•Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code platforms
•Understanding of subscription management platforms and billing systems
•Experience leading and mentoring developers
•Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
•Strong stakeholder management across business and technical audiences
•Experience with cloud-based SaaS platforms and their configuration
•Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, pricing engines and entitlement systems beneficial
