Description

General Butler State Resort Park, located in Carrollton, KY, offers all the peace and tranquility of the
country while only minutes from the city. Guests enjoy a 53-room lodge, 24 cottages, 110-site campground, a
full-service restaurant, mini golf, boat dock, shelters, trails, the historic Butler-Turpin House, a
conference center, and playgrounds.

We are seeking a Serving Attendant who is passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience. This
role plays a key part in our foodservice operations by ensuring guests receive prompt, friendly, and
professional service in our dining facilities.

The Serving Attendant responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Take food orders from guests in dining facilities and serve meals according to the Dining Room Manual, always maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the area around designated section or workstation to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Hold and maintain a valid KY STAR (Server Training in Alcohol Regulations) certification
  • Other duties as assigned to support smooth restaurant operations.

Experience, Training, or Skills
  • Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred but not required.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
