As a Servicing Travel Advisor III on the Air Fulfillment Team, you will partner with clients to craft personalized itineraries, build lasting relationships, and deliver a premium level of service.

Job responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their travel needs and advise on destinations, transportation, travel dates, and accommodations
  • Book air, hotel, and transportation reservations and process payments using Sabre GDS
  • Remediate travel disruptions and issues rapidly, coordinating with vendors to ensure client expectations are met
  • Stay current on tourism trends, destinations, and product offerings by attending travel seminars and training

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5 years of experience with Sabre GDS, including creative faring, Phase IV, exchanges, queue monitoring, and Sabre scripts
  • Proven experience as a travel agent with strong international booking expertise
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a demanding workload, prioritize effectively, and resolve issues independently

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience with online booking tools
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and maintain strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Active participation in industry training, certifications, or supplier seminars
