The Servicing Specialist III will take a lead role in the department, focusing on managing complex maintenance transactions related to loan and lease customer files. Responsibilities include executing intricate servicing tasks, generating reports, and playing a key role in training other specialists. The specialist will leverage expertise to ensure accuracy in transactions, contribute to process improvement, and actively participate in the development of the team through training initiatives.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage complex maintenance transactions on loan and lease customer files.
• Execute intricate servicing tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Generate reports to track and analyze key data related to servicing activities.
• Taking a lead role in training other specialists within the department.
• Provide expertise and guidance to ensure compliance with established procedures.
• Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements.
• Actively contribute to the development and enhancement of departmental procedures.
• Stay informed about regulations and best practices relevant to servicing tasks.
• Handle escalated issues and inquiries, demonstrating problem-solving skills.
• Participate in cross-functional collaboration to achieve overall departmental objectives.
• This position involves regular access to specified personal information of consumers, including, but not limited to, Social Security numbers and dates of birth.

Qualifications and Competencies

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a lending and/or captive finance industry operational environment such as Account Services (Back End Operations), Funding, Customer Service, and Collections.

Education – Requirements and/or Certifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

Must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to one of the following cities: Atlanta, GA

Qualifications Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Skills

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and policy and procedure manuals. Ability to write correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees.
• Ability to apply previous knowledge to solve complex problems and carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have intermediate knowledge of MS Suite, and the ability to adapt to emerging technologies and stay updated on industry trends.
• Outstanding leadership skills with a strong ability to coach and develop.
