Wir suchen Sie als Service Techniker (w/m/d) Tool Pool für unseren High Voltage Standort in Karlstein. Sie konnten sich bereits im Bereich von Prüfungen und Kalibrierungen oder auch Reparaturen an elektromechanischen Geräten beweisen und suchen nach einer verantwortungsvollen Aufgabe in einem internationalen Umfeld? Das können Sie bewirken
Sie kontrollieren Werkzeugsendungen aus dem In- und weltweiten Ausland
Sie sind für die Wartung und ggf. Reparatur, Kalibrierung und Prüfung nach DGUV V3 Richtlinien zuständig
Sie sind technischer Ansprechpartner für Werkzeuge sowie Supportfunktion für die Werkzeugadministration (Pflege Materialstämme, Stück- und Inhaltslisten, Zeichnungen)
Sie arbeiten an der Fehleranalyse von Tools im Schadensfall mit und legen Art und Umfang der Störungs- und Schadensbehebung innerhalb bestimmter Grenzen fest
Sie helfen bei der Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsvorschlägen von Prozessen im Bereich von Spezialwerkzeugen sowie der Verbesserung der Qualität
Sie unterstützen bei der Erstellung von Arbeitsbeschreibungen und Prüfanweisungen oder Reparaturmaßnahmen
Das bringen Sie mit
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem technischen Bereich
Kenntnisse in MS-Office und SAP
Kenntnisse in Prüfprozessen elektrisch und mechanisch wünschenswert
Deutsch fließend in Wort und Schrift, Englisch wünschenswert
Offene Kommunikation und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
