Lumentum正在扩大中国的客户支持团队，并寻求一名技术人员在以客户为中心，快节奏的环境中工作。具备一定的沟通和文档撰写能力以及光学调试技术能力，能熟练完成工程师布置的各项测试内容。

岗位职责：

• 完成激光器的安装，卸载以及操作激光器及相关辅助设备的能力。
• 了解激光器的基本原理，熟悉激光器的基本参数。
• 具有激光光路调试的基本能力，接触并使用光学和电学检测仪器，了解各种仪器的参数含义。
• 根据客户的要求完成激光的测试，调试和优化。
• 熟练使用办公软件，完成数据整理和汇总工作。
• 协助研发工程师完成实验任务。
• 实验室日常工作处理，如实验室5s，设备维护，ESD，ISO要求项等…

职位要求：

• 该工作需要在洁净室中穿着洁净服操作并完成工作。
• 动手能力强，能够在快节奏的环境中多任务工作。
• 能够遵循标准化工作指导进行流程性的工作。并准确记录和清楚地表达所观察的现象。
• 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作意识，要求工作踏实认真，有责任感，善于分析，总结经验并输出文档。
• 能够接受倒班工作。

优先条件:

• 理工科大专及以上学历。
• 自我激励，能在少数监督下自行开展工作。
• 具有良好的客户和团队合作意识，良好的沟通和表达能力。
• 流利的普通话，具有文书类整理能力更佳。
• 能够根据需要偶尔出差客户现场进行技术支持类工作。
