We are looking for a motivated Student to join our team of Global Service Business Managers. This is an excellent opportunity for you to take on meaningful assignments, projects, and tasks that will help you develop your skills and gain practical experience in a professional environment.

The position will involve working in the Customer Services group for Adtran, Poland. You will assist with managing the Service Contracts database, making improvements as needed, and supporting contractual and commercial reporting.

Responsibilities

The candidate’s primary responsibility will be to perform any or all of the following tasks at various times as dictated by project needs.

  • Supporting the management of our Service Contract Database, ensuring accurate asset management

  • Assisting in generating recurring reports to track key performance indicators

  • Contributing to the creation of new opportunities within the service business

  • Helping with data analysis to identify trends and insights

  • Addressing ad hoc requests from the team to facilitate efficient operations

Requirements

  • Active Student of Business Administration, Psychology or similar

  • Previous Experience in Business Administration role, ideally but not necessarily in the Telecommunications industry

  • Fluent in both written and spoken English

  • Capability to handle multiple tasks under time pressure

  • Motivated to collaborate effectively within a team and make independent decisions as necessary

  • Proficient in PC-based office applications, particularly in data management and reporting

  • Highly organized and skilled in task prioritization

  • Adaptive to change within our dynamic business environment
