Job Description

The Subscription Services Contract Manager is assigned on the subscription contracts for the Software as a Service (SaaS). The candidate is assigned to the contracts with Europe, Middle East, India and Africa to ensure the internal license orders, remote implantation, and yearly software updates are delivered. Moreover, the assigned candidate will be acting as a single point of contacts for our subscribers ensuring operational delivery and excellence, contractual and financial deliverables, customer satisfaction, and renewals.

Accountable for:

• Acceptance of R3 Handoff, creating and planning of Subscription Contracts on SAP
• Own financials of assigned contracts and is SAP “Responsible Person”
• Deliver on subscription scope of work including the internal license ordering, deployment, initial implementation, and yearly updates with the centralized deployment COE.
• Compliance with Financial Excellence (FINEX) dashboards for owned contracts
• Owning operational delivery and excellence, contractual and financial deliverables, customer satisfaction, and renewals.

Responsible for:

• Drive successful execution for the contracts (planning, resources, continuity and handover between resources)
• Ensure seamless execution and drive consistency on contract delivery
• Drive efficiency and productivity methods to execute more lenient and profitable
• Handling customers communication, high-level engagement, and customer performance reviews

Required Qualifications & Certifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering from an accredited university or college
• Experience in Digital Deployment and Delivery for at least 3 years
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills / ability to influence others and lead teams
• Proven financial, analytical and organizational ability
• Experience in working directly with customers within the digital framework
