As a Service Specialist – Customer Contract Management, you will ensure that Baker Hughes maximizes its short- and long-term revenue, profit and cash collection opportunity by ensuring flawless execution, on-time delivery, contract adherence and cash collection for the assigned jobs. This position will coordinate the required job activities across organizational boundaries to ensure Baker Hughes executes the job in line with customer expectations and contract terms and conditions

As a Service Specialist – Customer Contract Management, you will be responsible for:

Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities

  • Responsible for the profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts · Provide both service agreement, and time and material program management
  • Assist in sales campaigns for new contracts and proposals
  • Assure timely resolution of customer issues and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts
  • Interact with members of the customer service, parts & transactional services, field service, repair service and/or other teams
  • Function as liaison between internal organizations and customers for assigned contracts ·
  • Works together with high level people from the business and SPB and EB level. Specifies needs, communicates about project approach and presents outcomes of research done.
  • Handles standardized project processes. Guidelines for choosing the right actions. Processes and procedures are frequently updated by other functions and have to be implemented in the department.
  • Handles diverse clients in a region. Works on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks. Some latitude to deviate from those conditions.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Holding a Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering or finance, with at least 4 years of experience in Services.
  • Having a minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Customer Contract Management.
  • Bringing significant experience with IOCs and NOCs contracts.
  • Demonstrating fluency in English and Portuguese, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Work Model

This is a fully on-site position based at the Lagomar facility in Macaé, Rio de Janeiro
