As a Services Specialist - Applications Engineering– Bottle Tester, you willbe responsible for
Providing conceptual or practical activities, applying chemistry to industrial processes for development ofnew technologiesand products
Expecting to resolve problems through the application ofacquiredexpertiseguided by precedent
Working together with people from the business unit
Contactingcustomersunder guidance and geared towards specifying activities, planning ofactivitiesand giving explanations on technical issues
Communicating with team and supervisor. Presents to internal teams on metrics, projectstatusand research.
Communicating with external customers onproject progress and translating the work into values added to customers.
To be successful in this role you will:
Have aBachelor in Chemistry,Chemical Engineeringor similar.
Solid understanding of China UpstreamChemicalsMarket.
Have 5+years’ experienceinOilfield Chemistryindustry.
Experience andknowledge in bottle testing including Reverse clarifierselectionanddemulsifierreformulation.
Be a good team player and displaygood communicationskills with fluency in English.
Have good interpersonal skills with an aptitude forteam workand ability to guide others. Ability to work independently.
Be of an analytical mindset with a proven ability to resolve problems/identify solutions, be able toidentifyand drive process improvements.
Demonstrate experience running field tests,identifyoilfield problems related to dehydration, corrosion, scale, paraffin, asphaltene, etc
Willing to be present in front of external customers.
