Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist with French (all genders)

As a Contract Administrator, you will play a critical role in managing, analyzing, and optimizing service agreements throughout their lifecycle. You will act as a key liaison between external customers and internal departments - including Sales, Legal, Finance, and Customer Service - to ensure seamless contract integration, drive timely renewals, and independently resolve escalated disputes. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented problem solver who can maintain audit-ready databases, monitor strict SLAs and KPIs, oversee billing and payment tracking, and actively contribute to process improvements while supporting team members with complex cases.

Your role::

  • Contract Lifecycle Management: Independently administer and analyze complex, multi-year service agreements. You will oversee everything from detailing terms and pricing structures to ensuring seamless multi-product integration and driving timely contract renewals.
  • Customer Communication & Dispute Resolution: Provide high-level support for internal and external stakeholders. This includes handling complex, high-priority inquiries, supporting customer communication via phone channels, and independently resolving escalated contractual disputes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a strategic partner to internal departments—including Legal, Finance, Sales, Billing, and Collections—to resolve discrepancies, align service components, and implement effective contractual solutions.
  • Financial & Billing Oversight: Manage the financial administration of contracts by working with pricing proposals, drawing up precise payment overview tables, and supervising the unbilled list to ensure it remains up to date.
  • Compliance, Reporting & Data Management: Maintain a comprehensive, audit-ready contract database while tracking service delivery against agreed terms. You will generate detailed risk and optimization reports, ensuring all tasks meet established SLAs and First Time Right (FTR) verifications.
  • Process Optimization & Team Support: Drive operational efficiency by tracking KPIs, proposing workflow improvements, and developing standardized processes. You will also execute process deviations independently and provide guidance to team members on complex cases and workload management.


You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Fluent French (min. B2/C1 level)
  • Fluent English
  • Professional experience in fields related to in customer service, supply chain or accounting operations would be an asset
  • You enjoy having direct contact with customers and keep a high standard of communication
  • You bring a positive "can-do" attitude and are always ready to lend a hand to others.
  • Comprehensive PC skills, knowledge of Excel, SAP, Salesforce would be an advantage
  • The problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify improvement opportunities
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Skill in prioritizing tasks required
  • Good organizational skills and aptitude for details
