Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist - Contract Admin

Manage and optimize complex service contracts, ensuring accurate registration, compliance, and seamless integration across systems.

Your role:

  • As a Services and Solutions Delivery Contract Admin, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that Philips’ high-value service contracts are accurately implemented, monitored, and optimized to support seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • You’ll collaborate with internal teams including sales, legal, finance, and customer service to manage contract lifecycles, resolve escalations, and support negotiations.
  • You will determine the appropriate contract registration and cost settlement models based on the service plans included in agreements.
  • You’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining standard Customer Service legal agreements in Servicemax and SAP, including contract materials, pricing, discounts, payment terms, and Installed Base coverage both for G&L region and DX.
  • You will create and maintain Healthcare Informatics Service Contracts, will maintain the installbase creation and execute billing.

You're the right fit if:

1. You have experience as a contracts administrator, or in order intake and/or billing; experience in customer service or supply chain is a plus.

2. You demonstrate strong customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills, with a proactive and team-oriented mindset.

3. You hold a university degree in business administration, logistics, or a related field (preferred).

4. You are fluent in English (spoken and written).

5. You have working knowledge of SAP, ServiceMax , or Salesforce (strong advantage).

6. You possess excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

7. You bring a problem-solving mindset and are eager to identify and implement process improvements.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
