Includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial),managingmaintenance facilities and field services engineering.Developan operational year plan for the own department activities. Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities

  • As a Lead Resource Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, development, direction, scheduling, and staffing of Field Service Engineers (FSEs) for installation and service activities in areas of compressors, gas turbines, control systems, multi-stage pumps, steam turbines and turbo-expanders and other turbomachineryevents

    As a Lead Resource Manager, you willbe responsible for

    • Promoting excellence in safe working environment, Quality and ensures compliance with applicable EHS & Quality policies and procedures.

    • Managing FSE team, developing both technical and managerial skills through training path to achieve certification target and coaching session and ensure FSEs priorities are aligned with the company strategy

    • Cooperating on a day-by-day practice with regional Planning / Resources Management structure to cross-fulfil customer requirement, regional Finance teams and maximizeutilizationof resources and manage budget cost to achieve financial target.

    • Coordinating with FS Regional Pool to provide effective support and balancedutilizationin respect of Working Time Regulation, fatigue managementpolicyand OT production

    • Managing and analyzing the service demand (regional & global) to ensure adequate FSE supply within the reference area or worldwide, in line with activities scope of work

    • Guarantying theon timeFSEs mobilization through the cooperation with Regional Team, Assignment and Mobilization Specialist to provide FSE’s compliant mobilization.

    • Ensuring customersatisfaction bydeploying qualified FSEs for complex and standard Field Service Projects, collectingfeed-backto understand assignment appreciation from customer and, eventually, implement corrective actions

    • Communicating effectively with team members, P&Ls and AE support personnel during pre-job planning and post outage meetings

    • Supporting the hiring process for interviewing and on boarding andensuringresources target is to meet customer commitments and hub / region / operations objectives

    • Traveling extensively andperformengagement leadership visits andmeetwith Customer representatives and team members.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 10 years of experience in Services).
  • Havepreviousexperience as Resourcemanager Field Service Managerwithin Energy industry, preferable with Field Service.
  • Minimum of 3 additional years of experience Managing field Engineers.
  • Show knowledge of English and Spanish, spoken and written, is a must.

  • Demonstrate familiarity with common PC software tools.

  • Demonstrate knowledge in Turbomachinery and Compressors will be a plus (Nice to have)
