Aspart of a small Quality team located inDahlewitz(D)you will workwith the widerglobalBusiness Aviation Services teamincludingitsexternal partnersto achieve the quality and improvement objectives

Key Accountabilities:

• Manage the customerservice partnerrelationships regarding quality

• Leading activities to effectively manage non-conformance and protect the business from QualityorService failuresby ensuring effective problemresolution

• Support Right First Time through the coaching and application of error prevention methodologies, reducing the risks from technical, human and organisational factors

• Provide reports, data and insightrelated to Qualityand Safetyintotherelevantgovernance reviews

• Identify, supportandleadchanges to the Management/Operating System to mitigate risks, maximise effectiveness and eliminate waste

• Review compliancerisks using a data driven structured approachto enableeffective risk mitigation

• Contribute to internal/external quality assessments (e.g. audits)

• Coachandpromotetheoverallunderstanding of therelevant law/regulation, customer requirements and business strategyfor Quality and SafetywithinthewiderglobalBusinessAviationServicesteam

Key Experiences and any Qualifications:

• Degree in engineering / industrial engineering or quality management

• Comprehensive working experience relevant toAerospaceQuality

• Proven track record of problem solving and continuous improvement methodologiese.g8D

• Sound knowledgeofthe relevant international regulations and standards (e.g. PART145, AS9110 etc.)

• Strong analytical, presentation, and project management skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to influence others

• Auditor training or qualification wouldbebeneficial

• FluentGerman andEnglish (written and spoken)
