Shape the execution and financial strategies for tooling management

Located in Macaé, the Services Project Manager - Rental WCS will beresponsible for managing, planning and coordinating project activities related to tooling management, aiming to meet the well schedule plan while adhering to financial and commercial parameters, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will also develop the operational year plan for the department's own activities, suggesting improvements in products, processes, and procedures, ultimately contributing to the planning of the larger unit.

As the Services Project Manager - Rental WCS, you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing all activities related to supervising, organizing, and executing project management, including scope, time, cost, and quality management.
• Contributing to the development of an operational year plan.
• Suggesting improvements in products, processes, and procedures.
• Working closely with internal customers Field Engineers and Service Manager to coordinate project requirements and schedule aligned with operating plan targets.
• Working together with people from the business unit. Specifies needs, communicates about project approach, and presents outcomes.
• Managing standardized project processes and operates based on predefined contracts and frameworks, providing guidelines for selecting appropriate actions.
• Costing control and on-time delivery.
• Recommending preventive maintenance plans and corrective action to ensure that equipment and tools are in good condition.
• Training, supervising, and managing employees’ activities following Baker Hughes practices.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• Have at least 5 years of experience in Project Management, preferably in the subsea service project environment.
• Have the ability to coordinate and oversee multiple projects and priorities.
• Have the ability to interact and coordinate actions with multiple cross-functional teams to deliver high-complexity project outcomes.
• Have strong influencing skills and assertive communication.
• Have proficiency in the English language.
• Have proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
