About the role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead customer-facing software implementations. This role will involve managing project scope, resources, timelines, and communication to ensure successful project completion and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead internal and customer facing calls, team introductions, and define project cadence.
  • Develop and execute customer communication plans.
  • Determine, document and evaluate customer success criteria.
  • Ensure adherence to UKG implementation methodology and processes.
  • Implement project management infrastructure, including project plans, issues lists, communication plans, and project schedules.
  • Prepare assigned project resources with necessary project-related information, ensuring clear understanding of requirements, roles, responsibilities, and success criteria.
  • Lead your project portfolio by accurately forecasting project timelines, managing resource allocations and assuring compliance
  • Manage project scope to ensure successful delivery while maximizing customer value and revenue generation.
  • Manage project plans, issues lists, and documentation to maintain client expectations and project milestone success.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve project and process issues in a timely manner.
  • Communicate and publish project status updates to the project team, customer team, and executives.
  • Drive assigned projects to successful completion within established timelines, ensuring high customer satisfaction scores.
  • Contribute to the development of new processes and tools to enhance project management delivery.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of project management experience preferably in a SAAAS environment, HRMS, Payroll, and Time & Labor Management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and consulting skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate within a project team and with customers.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to evolving requirements, processes, tools, and resources.
  • Experience managing customer-facing enterprise software implementation projects.
  • Broad knowledge of HRMS, Payroll, and Time & Labor Management is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a distributed international team.
  • Ability to work 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. Bulgaria time to support North American eastern standard time business hours.
  • Fluency in English and French

The pay range for this position is €22,200 to €29,950. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and work location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible to participate in a performance-based bonus plan and to receive restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
