Job Description
The FR Service team is responsible for educating, inspiring, and building long-term relationships with key clients across the Entertainment, Travel, FinServ, and Education/Government industries in France. In this role, you will be fully integrated into the team and supported through a structured internship program, including a dedicated 1:1 mentor, exposure to TikTok’s business operations, and opportunities for both personal and professional development.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities include:
- Supporting Client Solutions Managers on strategic projects across the Entertainment, Travel, FinServ, and Education/Government industries in France
- Contributing to measurement initiatives, including Brand Lift Studies (BLS) setup, reporting, and learning agenda development
- Assisting with weekly campaign follow-ups, performance analysis, and optimization recommendations
- Supporting client education initiatives, particularly around Ad Policy and platform best practices
- Conducting industry-specific and thematic trend research on TikTok to identify relevant insights and opportunities for clients
- Creating, improving, and maintaining client-facing presentation templates and internal deck frameworks
