What will your typical day look like?

  • Independently plan and distribute materials for Service and Remanufacturing Centers across Kazakhstan while managing inventory levels to support operational requirements.
  • Utilize ERP systems to establish, monitor, and optimize inventory planning parameters such as safety stock, MOQ, and reorder points.
  • Maintain and improve the Locomotive Hold For Materials (LHFM) metric through root cause analysis, corrective actions, and proactive material planning.
  • Consolidate material requirements, create purchase requisitions and orders, and track procurement and delivery activities with local suppliers.
  • Monitor and report material shortages and out-of-stock items, implementing corrective actions to achieve inventory and service level targets.
  • Collaborate with Service, Operations, Sourcing, and Engineering teams to ensure material availability and resolve supply chain issues.
  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives related to tool procurement, inventory visibility, and material availability monitoring.
  • Support the execution of concurrent programs and Synergy projects while maintaining compliance with material budget objectives.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards to provide operational insights and support business decision-making.
