
Responsible for providing leadership for a team of approximately 5-11 to execute global customer support.
Roles and Responsibilities
Supervise the daily job of a sub-team of the Customer Support Team, dealing with several key functions of the global Parts organization: Quote Entry, Order Entry, Purchase Order Verification, Process Support, Vendor Direct Shipments, Accounts Receivables / Parts Quality Claims and 24/7 Customer Service.
Ensure smooth daily operation rhythm in both his/her own team and across other Customer Support teams.
Be the first point of contact for customers and other functional teams (Order Management, Warehouse, Sourcing, Finance, IT), and take ownership of escalations and drive their resolution.
Focus on the division’s billing quality; strive for speeding up the asset and debt related issue resolution and decrease the number of vicious invoices.
Own staffing of his/her team, including the identification and hire of talents, employee evaluation, coaching. Build and sustain a well-trained, experienced team, create an environment of teamwork, accountability, customer service mindset and result-focus with the highest level of compliance and integrity.
Develop and maintain functional metrics, create weekly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports.
Create and pitch presentations to the senior leadership.
Own and continuously update the work instructions of the functions he/she is responsible for as a leader.
Drive new process implementations and Enterprise Resource Planning system improvements.

Required Qualifications
University or College degree with strong academic performance.
Strong experience in global customer service (team leader experience is preferred).
Excellent communication level of spoken and written English & Hungarian languages
A third language (Spanish, French, German, Italian, Arabian, Chinese, Japanese) is a plus.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, Power Point, Visio and Outlook).
Experience with Oracle ERP systems and enhancements.

Excellent communication skills both horizontally and vertically within GE organizations, especially towards higher management.
