We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Services Divisional Manager to lead a portfolio of critical internal service businesses that support the successful delivery of Fulton Hogan’s operations. This diverse leadership role is an opportunity to lead Canterbury’s Traffic Management Division, our national Signs business, and a range of internal service functions including Engineering, Workshop Services, and our Internal Hire Business. The final scope of responsibility will be aligned to the successful candidate’s experience, capability, and background, with some or all of these business units reporting into the role.

This is a senior leadership role with broad scope across multiple internal service business units. You’ll lead performance across people, safety, financials, assets, forward planning and operational delivery, while building strong relationships with internal customers and key stakeholders. It’s a role for someone who leads with a calm, grounded approach, sets high standards, and knows how to turn good ideas into practical results.
