Job Description

Services Coordinator

Focused on Transportation, cafeteria, and employee services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding process for hourly workers
  • Provide support to hourly employees with their inquires related to HR services
  • Constant communication with employees to facilitate a good work environment.
  • Monthly report of activities regarding the area of Employee Services.
  • Support plant events.
  • Responsible to specific reports the Cafeteria and Transportation Services

Experiences/Education - Required

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development or Labor Relations or equivalent qualification/experience

Experiences/Education - Desired

  • At least 0 - 2 years of HR experience.
  • Experience with administering Human Resources policies, programs, and practices.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Facilitating group meetings and/or training programs.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritizes work, and meets deadlines.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and policies.
