EvolveTalent is supporting a global leader in intelligent power management solutions in the search for a Services Cluster Manager – Benelux & Eastern Europe

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced business and service leader to take ownership of a strategically important regional services organisation. The role combines commercial leadership, operational excellence, people management, and business growth across multiple countries within the Benelux and Eastern European region.

The successful candidate will lead a large international services organisation, drive profitable growth, and play a key role in shaping the future of service operations within a growing and evolving business.

Candidates can be based in Hengelo or Zaltbommel, Netherlands Applicants currently located elsewhere in Europe are encouraged to apply. Relocation support will be provided for the right candidate.

Your Responsibilities :

• Lead and develop a multi-country services organisation across the Benelux and Eastern Europe cluster.
• Hold full responsibility for the cluster's P&L performance, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.
• Drive service sales growth and support the achievement of ambitious business objectives.
• Develop and execute regional service strategies aligned with global business goals.
• Lead operational excellence initiatives across maintenance, commissioning, field service, and lifecycle service activities.
• Manage and develop a large international team of approximately 150 employees across multiple countries.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on customer satisfaction, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and support the expansion of service offerings across the region.
• Lead transformation and organisational development initiatives within a matrix environment.
• Monitor market developments and industry trends to ensure long-term business success.

Your Profile:

• Proven leadership experience within power distribution, electrification, electrical infrastructure, energy management, or related industrial sectors.
• Strong experience leading service organisations, including maintenance, commissioning, field services, customer support, or lifecycle services.
• Demonstrated success managing a significant P&L and driving profitable business growth.
• Experience leading multi-country teams within complex matrix organisations.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of growing service revenue and customer relationships.
• Experience managing large teams and developing leaders across multiple locations.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on and pragmatic leadership style.
• Experience leading organisational transformation and change initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English required. Additional European languages are considered an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
