The Services CPQ Program & Enablement Manager with Spanish – Americas is responsible for driving the deployment, partner enablement, adoption, and operational execution of Services Configure Price Quote (CPQ) across North America and Latin America.
This role serves as the primary Americas interface for Services CPQ execution, working closely with Business, IT, Operations, and Partner stakeholders to ensure successful rollout, strong partner adoption, and measurable business outcomes across the region.

Job Family Definition:

Develops, implements, and utilizes processes, tools, and governance frameworks to enable the Services sales life‑cycle across the Americas, including pricing, quoting (CPQ), order management, invoicing, opportunity assessment, and pipeline analytics.

Supports and optimizes Quote‑to‑Cash (Q2C) execution for Services, including partner enablement, adoption tracking, forecasting, and operational insights. Reports and analyzes sales pipeline health, bookings, revenue forecasts, adoption metrics, and sales productivity. Maintains and enhances Services CPQ capabilities, partner enablement processes, and margin and revenue management tools to support scalable sales execution across North America and Latin America.

Management Level Definition:

Applies developed subject‑matter knowledge in Services CPQ, Q2C operations, and sales enablement to solve common and complex business issues across the Americas. Works on problems of diverse complexity and regional scope and recommends appropriate alternatives.

May act as a program or regional execution lead, providing direction to cross‑functional stakeholders, facilitating information validation, and supporting decision‑making processes. Exercises independent judgment in selecting solutions, handles most non‑standard situations, and seeks guidance for highly complex or ambiguous business issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Implements and deploys Services CPQ and Q2C processes, tools, and metrics to support partner and sales execution across North America and Latin America.
  • Leads Services CPQ deployment, pilot execution, and rollout readiness activities for the Americas region.
  • Consults with Services, Sales, Partner, and IT leaders to identify relevant analytics, adoption metrics, and operational outcomes for the region.
  • Develops and maintains regional sales operations and enablement frameworks, including adoption tracking, forecasts, and readiness plans, to meet Services business and partner needs.
  • Reviews analytics and evaluation results to identify trends, adoption risks, and execution gaps; performs analysis and develops recommendations to improve efficiency and adoption.
  • Coordinates partner enablement efforts across the Americas, including training, communications, onboarding, and issue resolution.
  • Communicates data‑driven insights, risks, and recommendations clearly to regional and global stakeholders.
  • Provides actionable feedback and proposes improvements to Services sales processes, policies, and enablement approaches to reduce risk and improve execution outcomes.
  • Mentors and provides guidance to less‑experienced team members supporting sales operations or CPQ initiatives.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Operations, Engineering, or equivalent
  • Typically 4–6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Q2C, CPQ, Services Operations, or related roles
  • Experience supporting regional or multi‑country business operations preferred

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Experience designing and implementing policies, processes, and tools to support Services or Sales operations
  • Strong analytical, statistical, and problem‑solving skills
  • Understanding of Q2C, CPQ, and Services sales operations practices and process design
  • Experience using forecasting, planning, and adoption methodologies to guide sales and operational execution
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory)
  • Portuguese proficiency (beneficial)
  • Ability to communicate plans, recommendations, and performance insights effectively and influence stakeholders at management levels ​
