The Services Billing Analyst is responsible for executing accurate, timely, and compliant billing for professional services, managed services, and project-based engagements. This role supports the end-to-end services billing lifecycle by ensuring alignment between contracts, service delivery data, and financial systems, while partnering cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies and support revenue integrity.

What You Will Do:

  • Prepare, review, and process monthly and ad-hoc invoices for professional, managed, and project-based services
  • Validate billing inputs such as hours worked, milestones achieved, rate cards, and pass-through costs
  • Reconcile billing data between service management tools and financial systems
  • Investigate and support the resolution of billing issues, rebills, credits, and customer inquiries
  • Assist with month-end close activities related to services billing and revenue reconciliation
  • Maintain clear audit trails and supporting documentation for billed services
  • Contribute to documentation of billing procedures and process improvements


What You Need to Succeed:

  • 1–3 years of experience in services billing, accounting support, revenue operations, or a related finance role
  • Experience billing professional services, managed services, or project-based work
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing contracts, service data, and invoices
  • Analytical skills to research discrepancies and resolve data mismatches
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., lookups, pivot tables, reconciliations)
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and/or service management or time-tracking tools
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field (completed or in progress)
