Services Account Manager Support
Services Account Manager Support:
Is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention through personalized service.
Your role:
Develops and maintains strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through regular communication and personalized service.
Assists in the execution of strategic and tactical sales plans designed to exceed financial targets, with a focus on Multivendor Agreements, Warranty Conversions, and Contract Renewals.
Works meticulously under direct supervision and established processes, ensuring adherence to operational policies to maintain consistency and high standards of work output.
Provides comprehensive transactional and administrative support related to in-scope processes, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently, accurately, and within established timelines.
You're the right fit if:
You have a High School Diploma, Vocational Education or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or equivalent.
You have 2+ years of experience in Customer Relationship Management, Sales and Business Development, Service Delivery Management or equivalent
Strong customer orientation with a clear sense of urgency to understand and address client needs.
Intermediate level of English proficiency.
Comfortable engaging in sales-related activities
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is an office role.
