As an Enterprise Services Sales Specialist on the Services Sales Team, you help customers unlock the full value of Microsoft technology in a time of rapid change driven by artificial intelligence. You work closely with business and technical leaders to understand their priorities and design services engagements that help them adopt, integrate, and scale Microsoft solutions so they can realize meaningful business outcomes.

In this role, you lead account planning for services, shape digital transformation roadmaps, and connect customers with the right experts and offerings to accelerate adoption. You focus on driving measurable outcomes such as improved productivity, optimized operations, and new capabilities built on Microsoft services and artificial intelligence innovation. By building deep, long-term relationships and orchestrating virtual teams, you ensure customers get maximum benefit from their investments and see Microsoft as a trusted strategic partner.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic account planning for services across multiple complex customer accounts, aligning investments, resources, and priorities to customers’ business objectives and long-term transformation roadmaps.
  • Cultivate trusted relationships with executive, business, and technical decision makers, using consultative engagement and Microsoft sales strategies to secure alignment, sponsorship, and execution for services-led initiatives.
  • Drive digital transformation by positioning Microsoft solutions and services in the context of customer industry trends, helping customers realize innovation and measurable business outcomes through technology adoption.
  • Orchestrate and lead virtual teams and partners to design and deliver compelling value propositions, business cases, and cross-solution services offerings that expand usage, upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and drive account growth.
  • Proactively monitor customer satisfaction, seek feedback, mitigate risk, and ensure services engagements deliver on agreed success measures, strengthening long-term relationships and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, or related field AND experience working in an industry (e.g., financial services, retail, manufacturing, healthcare, energy, government, education), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology) OR equivalent experience.
  • Fluency or business level Finnish and English language skills
  • Experience in technology sales, solution sales, consulting, pre-sales or business development.
  • Strong relationship-building, executive communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Account management experience OR equivalent
  • Understanding of Microsoft Solutions
  • Experience working in compex matrix organisations

Services Account Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Finland is € 96,300.00 - € 156,100.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
