EY-ServiceNow – Manager

The opportunity

We’re looking for 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, development and telecom modules to join the EYD GDS ServiceNow. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth.

Your key responsibilities

• Define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture for telecom/network inventory (TNI)
• Design scalable solutions using CMDB & CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and TSOM/TNI
• Lead implementation of ITSM, ITOM, and telecom modules
• Model telecom/network services (L1/L2/L3, circuits, devices)
• Architect integrations with NMS, EMS, OSS/BSS systems
• Ensure CMDB data quality, governance, and reconciliation
• Mentor teams and drive best practices
• Optimize platform performance and scalability

Skills and attributes for success

• Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, CMDB
• Experience with ServiceNow TNI, Service Mapping, Discovery
• Knowledge of network infrastructure and telecom lifecycle
• Integration expertise (REST, SOAP, MID Server)
• JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer
• Data modeling & CSDM

To qualify for the role, you must have

• College degree in related technology field (Computer, Engineering, Science, etc.) or comparable job experiences
• Approximately 8 to 12 years of experience in a development role. Able to exhibit a progression of increasingly complex job responsibilities during the period
• ServiceNow CSA
  CIS – Minimum 2 CIS certification
  Telecom certifications (Good to have)
  CTA (preferred)

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Experience on SDLC or TFS or JIRA or equivalent tool to maintain stories.
• Knowledge about ServiceNow’s latest version’s features.
