Job Description


As a ServiceNow Techno-Functional Consultant, you will:

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical and functional ServiceNow solutions.

  • Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration, workflow automation, and customization.

  • Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, UAT, and post-implementation support.

  • Provide guidance on best practices, process improvements, and platform optimization.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Strong experience (typically 4–8 years) in ServiceNow implementations, with both functional and technical exposure.

  • Solid understanding of IT service management processes and ServiceNow architecture.

  • Expertise in scripting, workflows, integrations, and configuration within ServiceNow.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.

You Should Possess the Ability To:

  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical solutions.

  • Configure, customize, and extend ServiceNow modules based on business needs.

  • Conduct gap analysis, process assessments, and propose optimization strategies.

  • Support technical integration discussions and implementation efforts.

  • Drive adoption and provide end-to-end expertise throughout the ServiceNow lifecycle.
