About the role:
We are looking for a Certified ServiceNow Technical Leader to architect, develop, and enhance
ServiceNow ITSM, Cloud, and ITIL solutions. This role requires hands-on experience in ServiceNow
development, customization, and integrations, with a focus on full IT lifecycle implementation and
expertise in the Washington release.
Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and automation
solutions, including features from Washington release or later.
Architect and optimize ServiceNow platform configurations, integrations, and security models.
Ensure scalability, high availability, and best practices for ServiceNow deployments.
Customize and develop ServiceNow applications, including CMDB, Workflows, Business Rules,
ACLs, UI Scripts, and NowAssist AI.
Drive automation using Flow Designer, RPA, and AI-powered workflows.
Oversee integrations with enterprise applications, including Snowflake, Cloud, and ERP systems.
Provide technical guidance to development teams and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Stay updated with ServiceNows latest releases, including Washington and future upgrades.
Leverage AI, ML, and predictive analytics for enhancing ServiceNow capabilities.
Implement ITIL-based ITSM solutions, ensuring compliance with best practices.
Work with cross-functional teams to optimize IT workflows and automation processes.
Act as the primary technical contact for ServiceNow initiatives, working closely with business
leaders.
Provide technical documentation, training, and mentorship to junior developers.
1014 years of experience in IT, with at least 7+ years in ServiceNow development & leadership
roles.
Strong expertise in ServiceNow (Washington release or later), Cloud, ITSM, ITIL, and full IT
lifecycle implementation.
ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) & ITIL certifications preferred.
Hands-on experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, Angular, Jelly Scripting, REST APIs.
Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, AI-powered automation, and ServiceNow integration with
Snowflake.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
