We are looking for a ServiceNow Technical Coordinator with German to join our team.
What you'll be doing
- Bringing technical expertise into platform development and ensures coordination and alignment of cross-team technical topics (examples: IT security, test management, compliance, UX, release management, reporting/analysis).
- Ensure consistent security, test, usability and reporting standards in platform development
- Conduct risk and compliance assessments and derive measures
- Plan and steer QA and release activities (test strategy, test management, release management)
- Support and coordinate rollouts and hyper-care; create and maintain technical documentation and training materials
- Advise on IT security standards, governance and best practices
- Identify risks, dependencies and improvements proactively
- Support maintenance, incident/problem management and 2nd/3rd level support
- Continuous improvement, deployment concepts and release planning, ensure adherence to technical and process standards (examples: NIS2, ISO 27001, IT4IT, ITIL, COBIT)
- Prepare runbooks/operations concepts and support integration into operating environments (e.g., Splunk)
What you’ll bring along
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- At least 4 years of hands‑on experience as a Technical Coordinator, ideally in ServiceNow context
- Strong expertise in IT security, QA, compliance or UX engineering
- Relevant certifications ideally
- Experience with agile methods and tools (Jira/Confluence, MS Office, Miro)
- Hands-on, initiative, experience with ServiceNow stack and IT operation of complex solutions, experience in IT architecture and technology stacks
- Strong communication skills and advanced English and German
