Job Description

YOUR MISSION

  • Expert for maintaining and optimising business-critical applications within the ServiceNow ecosystem

  • Investigate incidents, troubleshoot complex technical challenges, and ensure smooth system performance

  • Act as a trusted support partner for internal stakeholders, delivering timely and solution-oriented assistance

  • Work closely with developers and operations teams to improve application stability and user experience

  • Drive continuous improvement through structured documentation, change coordination, and process optimisation

YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS

  • Proven hands-on experience with ServiceNow, ITSM, ITOM, and Application Support

  • Strong troubleshooting mindset with the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently and independently

  • Excellent communication skills in German 🇩🇪 and confidence working with technical & business stakeholders

  • Familiarity with ITIL processes, structured documentation practices, and customer-oriented support delivery

  • Nice to have: experience with Azure DevOps, JavaScript/programming, or broader ServiceNow platform administration
